HoodieToday provides custom apparel design consultancy, streetwear brand development, and merchandising strategy services to South African fashion entrepreneurs and creative collectives. All services are delivered digitally or in-person as agreed in a separate service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable South African laws.
All original content, templates, and strategies provided by HoodieToday remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of your brand assets and any custom artwork you provide. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed for your commercial use upon full payment.
HoodieToday is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of a material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, you must cease using any proprietary materials provided by HoodieToday, and any outstanding fees become due immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
